Well it's 6:00 here and today was my first day on LE diet. It was really hard not to snack. I guess I do that a lot! For lunch I had white rice and corn with a little Parmesan for flavor and for dinner I had two slices of veggie pizza (I did eat the cheese too). Including drinks, I've only eaten around 850 cals today! I plan to eat around 8 because I know that's too low to make it to noon tomorrow.
Anyone know where I can find the goal amt of nutrients for the LE diet? Thanks!
