Taken at 12+4 I will add another one which has the nub circled as I never noticed it before.

I do not think the thing you have circled is the nub.
I'd guess boy but from what's sticking out behind the legs not the circled:)
It sticks out but is stacked is why I'd guess boy.
If you zoom in the cord is laying between the legs but I think it may be a girl but I could be wrong!
