Big dilemma
I have a very irregular period. I do have it obviously, but it's all over the place. Sometimes it's like 2-3 months apart. I know I ovulate, but I never know when.
My youngest son was conceived during a wacky period. I ovulated about a month after my period and that's when he was conceived.
My question is this, is there anything I can take or ask my doctor for and is diet more important? We are trying for a little girl and I want to have the best chance possible :)
Thanks a ton!

I used to have this exact problem and vitex regulated my periods very quickly!

I would def. ask a doctor about it and see if you can get some bloodwork to rule out PCOS. We have a different couple versions of diet that would be better if you do have PCOS and some other supplements I could recommend, but I'd like to know for sure that you had it first.

I have wacky cycles and I'm doing some blood work for PCOS as well as hypothyroidism as it seems that can mess things up too. Vitex messed me up when I took it all cycle long but really helped if I just took it CD1-10. It really brought O up for me and I'm having much more regular cycles. Taking Charge if Your Fertility is a great book to read about tracking your body temp and cervical mucus to pin point O, and OPKs are helpful as well.
