Pakistani mom of 2 stepkids and 2 of my own boys! TTC girl please help!

hello everyone! i have been reading thru these forus for over two weeks now and im exhausted!

first of all this is a tremendously amazing effort hats off!

I am turning this month and got married last year to the love of my life. he has a daughter 11 and a son 9 who live with us. i share joint custody of my sons 7 and 5 with my ex husband. its been tough but I love it, the kids are very comfortable with both os us and its a great arrangement altogether..

I desperately want a baby girl and shudder at the thought of another boy (sorry i know i sound awful)

So this is my plan so far - please tell me if i can add anything

Before getting my IUD removed I will start baby aspirin, cranberry supplements and I take an anti allergy every day for my allergies anyways..

I am also on cipralax 20mg since the divorce etc. also suffer from SVT (palpitations) which come on with the slightest bit of anxiety so my doc doesn't want me to come off the cipralax.

Also how much peppermint tea should i start taking? planning to take the kids to the UK and the far east in the summers so I dont want to wait too long before starting to try..

Hubby's involvement will be zero he says whatever works for me... plus we are kinda crazy in the shack so cant do any of the timings and o+12 etc.. dtd almost every day sometimes twice a day..

Hubby is 43, smokes cigars sometimes - regular drinkers. I am a heavy smoker which I assume is a good thing to sway pink?

with both my boys i was a smoker (not as bad as now) but quit the day i got my test back.. i was also eating very healthy and was living in London at the time..

i am overweight my BMI is 26.8.. should i start losing weight first and if yes what to elimintae?? no breakfast for me and i live a very sedentary life style hardly any excersize.. ive already quit red meat but cant think of becoming a vegetarian.. mostly chicken and fish eater..

Also how about the cabbage soup diet while on the plan?

I was thinking of Clomid since I want to get pregnant asap but im a little scared of twins as ive had a history of getting pregnant on first attempts everytime - also had a miscarriage 4 years ago with my ex..

DO NOT take baby aspirin and cranberry at the same time as they're both blood thinners and that's dangerous. Just take the baby aspirin and skip the cranberry as it has nutrients that sway blue.

I got a boy by BD all the way through O doing FR so is there any way you can use protection of some sort--spermicide or condom--and only do one unprotected attempt?? One attempt is getting about 75% success rate while 3+ attempts is like a 48% pink success rate I think.

Chinese gender chart was wrong with both my boys I would put any faith in it.

Losing weight is great, skipping breakfast is good, and vegetarian sways pink too!

Vitex sways pink, but isn't getting fabulous results, so maybe worry about that only if your periods are irregular. I agree with carmella about the single attempt. One attempt is your best bet for frequency. I have two boys, like you, from twice a day BD, so I am ADAMANT that my pink sway have only one attempt. Starting on the LE diet and weight loss would be great for your sway at least 6 weeks before, although 12 weeks is better.

The one sway tactic getting the best results is exercise, so, if you can, at least an hour of cardio per day, at least 5 days a week will help you with both weight loss and getting your daughter.
