DH and I want to do our best to increase chances of conception this month
We are going to do a basic sway as I have PCOS and would like to do our best for this month
We are doing for sway
Sylk, J AND D, ions, hubby hot shower before, zytec..
Does anybody have any suggestions for best chances
Should we DTD daily? or will that be too much for BFP

One attempt at positive opk seems to be best for swaying girl but atomic knows best! Good luck xx
If you want to increase your chances of conception, lose the J&D and the antihistimine. Are you on LE PCOS style, taking myo inositol, or exercising?
Do you want the best odds of conception or best with pink sway?
Best odds of conception is SMEP Sperm Meets Egg Plan (may be blue friendly tho)
Best odds of pink and ok shot of conception - one attempt at positive OPK
Compromise - unprotected sex every 4 days PLUS one attempt at pos OPK
