LE diet
Hi ladies! I was wondering what are the main carbs you are eating besides white pasta, white rice, and white bread? I am a health nut usually so I would eat brown rice crackers. So needing to switch my healthy crackers to something less nutritious.. Are you doing saltine crackers or wheat thins or something else? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated =) I will be starting on the diet very soon so getting my list together! And are yall doing beans a lot for protein? I know cheese and yogurt has protein..what else are you eating. Thank you so much!

There actually is protein in carb-rich foods like bread, pasta and rice, as well. Some of us have added corn (corn tortillas, polenta and popcorn) for carbs. There's crackers, pita, bagels and baked chips, as well as potatoes that add carbs, too.
There's some debate about avoiding "brown carbs," and some of us aren't avoiding them. The fiber is beneficial, and if you can avoid the "Omega 3's added" versions (ones with added sunflower seeds, flax seeds, ad other healthy stuff) whole grains can be pink.
Believe it or not, protein adds up fairly quickly even without meat.

there are no forbidden foods on LE Diet - you can have every kind of food and brown rice crackers are ok. it's the overall diet that matters and not any one food. in the Dream Members section there are two threads that will help you called "myth of the magic foods and best worst food guide" and "quick fixes for diet disasters".
i had refried beans and hummus for protein but i agree with lilith, you'll get more than you think just from grains and other stuff.
