So I bought some fiber supplements today to add to my sway. The bottle says take 5, 3x a day with meals! Is that right for swaying? Each is 525 MG. That seems like way too much fiber.

that's too much, for our purposes use a smaller amount and just take with a meal containing fat or fat soluble nutrients A, D, E
