Issues with strawberries

So my stomach issue that I had a couple of weeks ago, I figured out it was the strawberries. I don't know if I just ate too many of them or what, but they are causing me to have diarrhea.

Would I have completely lost my mind if I ate them a for a few days before ovulation to deplete my body of vitamins? I would stay very hydrated of course.

You wouldn't have completely lost your mind BUT at the same time, you're already manipulating your electrolyte levels (sodium, potassium are electrolytes) and I think it's prob. best if you don't mess around with it.
