I think I screwed up my whole sway :( opinions?? please

Ok so I just keep saying how did I let this happen...
so I knew I was set to ovulate on the 16th (sunday) having tons of ewcm since about wednesday or thursday...friday night and saturday night and sunday morning. Ok good felt great about our attempt.

Now get to the bad part...Saturday we had a birthday party. I did eat breakfast drink some wheatgrass juice and managed to take my brewers yeast pills as I normally do. But I had some cake at the party & didn't eat much more till I did have steak & baked potato rather late when we got home.
sunday was our st. Paddys day parade...I did eat breakfast & then didn't snack anything till a corn beef dinner around 5...again I did take my brewers yeast tabs which help with maintaining blood sugar levels.
I dont know why it did not occur to me at the time that these days were probably the most important days to my sway :( man im so bummed out because up until now everything felt perfect & I really like just knew id get my boy!!!

I know I know maybe im not even pregnant...but I have 4 girls all conceived with no trouble so add all the fertility boosting hubs & I have been doing & yeah im knocked up....lol!!
Please have any of slipped up like me & gotten your dg? Or know of someone who did?
or someone maybe has wise words about all the work into the diet in the prior weeks weighing more than just those days???
Im driving myself crazy & part of me hopes for a bfn...but than again I really want that BFP!!! Lol!!

Remembering it's the overall condition not your condition on one particular day....I wouldn't stress because you got in good attempt in the fertile window and that is critical!

I'm a boy mom ttc girl as you can see from my sig. I will tell you this, you did not mess up your sway. I never put any thought into how or what I ate when I concieved my boys. I just ate when I wanted and what I wanted. There were days I'd only eat maybe one small meal a day some days where I ate nothing but junk but most days I did eat healthy but really often and I got my boys. Any way my point is, don't stress it. It was only a couple days, and I can PROMISE you this...... All of us boy moms have had days where we ate different than our norm and I'm sure that in some cases it was in that window of when we concieved. But our body's will not simply say ok you've been eating one way for months but now in you fertile window it's changed so now I need to very quickly change my environment to make it more girl friendly rather than boy friendly. It's just not possible (I hope that makes a little sense and that I put your mind at ease). That having been said, I know how you feel. I'm 4dpo and feeling down. I don't know how much longer I can do this and haven't been doing well on diet the last couple days. I feel like if I don't get bfp then next month is messed up. So I know it's easier to say everything's ok than to accept that it really is ok lol. Also, you can have all much blue dust :) good luck sweetie

I know how you feel. I feel te same. but swaying girl. Not for 2 days but three weeks I've been lose.. I couldn't bring myself to do the excercise and say no to certain foods...
I Hope (AF now) that if I get back on track it will be enough..

When I read your post it does sound bit boy sway to me though. and 2 days won't mess up. the egg is already made I don't think it changes what it wants now... And You always have a CHANCE!

I've had 3 boys and I'm a bad eater. I can eat low cal for days. but then one day I'll eat more just to get some energy from not eating for days (not nothing but waaaay to little!)

just continue! Your doing great.
But sometimes you can't stop the feeling.. and need other ppl telling you it's ok!

I'm swaying girl but feel the same. I'm currently in the 2ww following an attempt but have been off the diet and not exercising for days. I'm concerned that I've ruined my sway for next month if not pregnant this month.

I'm sure your little "slip-ups" wouldn't have had any negative effects on your sway as the others are right, it's the overall sway that makes a difference, not just one day. And I'm also a boy mum like sweetdream, with shocking eating habits always, including missing meals and having low cal days followed by a high cal meal!

It's hard to not relax and go over every little thing, but keep positive that your overall sway and not one day is what will give you your best odds of that boy! Sending you lots of blue dust!! Please take it all!! :)

Wow everything you ladies said does put me at ease somewhat :) & I will for sure take all that blue dust & im sending you all my pink!!! Haha heres hoping for all our BFP's this month. I think I remember seeing some of your names on the 2ww board...looking forward to getting to know all of you as well.

If diet only mattered for a day or two, I'd only have you guys do diet for a day or two!

All us boy moms did have the off day where we skipped meals or whatever. It's the overall structure of your diet that matter and not one or two meals or days.
