Comments regarding DW's diet changes- I stopped skipping breakfast like I used to in the past. I always snacked on raw almonds and fruit and ate plenty of protein and lots of meat and eggs.
If diet was used, length of time before attempt? I was on the diet for 4 months.

Comments regarding DH's diet- DH somewhat changed his diet. He is usually a small eater so he ate more meat, fruit and nuts.

Things that make me feel great about my sway: I was at my largest weight. I was small with both my girls.
