New here, help with 20 week u/s

Hi guys, So we didn't find out the gender at our 20 week u/s, but they sent us home with a video. This is admittedly a very blurry screen shot from that video. I'm wondering if that trident looking whitish image is gender bits? If not, any idea what it is? This is a between the leg shot, FYI.

It's not a good picture and it's impossible to tell from that. Maybe you can use a software to capture still shots of the video and post them again?
