Pregnancy Supplements

I've been reading that vitamin b6 and magnesium and help reduce the risk of miscarriage (and also MS but I don't have any!! 😞) and was wondering if anyone has ever heard this or used them during early pregnancy?? And did you use them in addition to a normal pregnancy multivitamin?

I don't know why but I'm super paranoid this pregnancy!?!! 😕

I did, and while I didn't have a miscarraige, I didn't think they did a darn thing for my morning sickness!!

You take them in addition to prenatal and just be real careful not to take too much. no more than 100 mg of either is safe
