oh crap!

So I posted earlier that I had a pos OPK this am. Tested when I got home and the test line was lighter than the control line. So, of course, I used the same urine on a new stick....and both lines are the same but both are light!

Had EWMC yesterday and the day before. I took antihistamine yesterday so I was surprised by how much I had. Today, forgot the antihistamine and .... it started drying up this morning. Took a second "second" test with the same urine after work today....and the control line and test line seem the same (but neither really intense). ACK! Thought I was having o pain yesterday, but dismissed it as being too early (CD 10). Feel a little crampy today still. Gosh, I really really hope I didn't miss my window!!!!!!

Going to go ahead and BD tonight. Figure if it's intense in the am, I'm within my window. If it's gone (or really faded), I gave it a shot. Some people get preggo with o+12, right???

I'm trying soooooo hard not to stress/over analyze, but it's hard. I'm sure you ladies understand wanting something sooooo bad you can taste it!!!

Any thoughts/feedback/insights????

It sounds promising. When you get a + OPK you don't really ovulate for about 24-36 hours, so you're in sister! :) Go and have fun and try to relax. Good luck!

I doubt that is your real surge, but have attempt anyway.

It doesn't matter how long the test stays positive for. you count from the first pos.

I would continue testing because I suspect you will get a "real" surge in a few days.

You can have O Pain before, during, and after O. It is not at all unusual for me to have O pain for a full week before O.

so I had my attempt late last night. So what happens if I keep testing and get a "real" positive?! Especially if it's less than 4 days from today? Have another attempt at "pos opk"? I'll have to go buy more tests :P I had 5 and used the last 4 yesterday. The last two also seemed positive.

Oh well, whatever will be will be. Can't change it now :P

I suspect you will O in the next day or 2...if you DTD tonight, and get + tomorrow or next day you are still in the game. If you don't get a + for another 3 or 4 days, I would do another attempt. GL!

If you get a pos within the next 1-2 days, stick with the attempt you just had. If it's closer to 3-4 days, have another attempt. If you are kinda in the middle and can't make up your mind, flip a coin and do what the coin says.

Thanks, ladies! Thankfully, I didn't have to flip the coin! (I really did lol at that) I got a distinct positive this morning :) so I'm got my fingers eyes and toes crossed for a quick 2 weeks with a bfp at the end!!

I should probably mention that I never got a +OPK. It was dark, but not darker than the control. I assumed that I had missed the +, and treated the darkest one as a +. We DTD that night, and now I'm pregnant :)
