Hi there,
Im brand new to this forum so forgive me if this question has been asked before!
Im in the 1st month of ttc a DD (we have 2 boys conceived with shettles without knowing)!!
Does sylk sway girl or can we just use KY?
Also im taking elivit preg multivitamins and increasing dairy, no salt and drinkinh cranberry juice, also squeezing lime into water....im not taking any other supplements.
So is elivit helpdul to take to sway girl?

Sylk is recommended for a girl sway but not elivit and it's too full of nutrients. Most pink swayers, I think, stay away from multivitamins until they get that BFP.

I also recommend switching to cranberry pills as the juice has a lot of calories...or just don't go crazy with the juice. Also don't consume too much dairy as again, full of calories and nutrients. Definitely drop the prenatal ASAP!

Both Sylk and KY are thought to sway pink.
I would not recommend taking Elevit for a pink sway, I'd take folic acid instead 1200-1600 mcg a day without any other vitamins. Then start your prenatal immediately upon getting BFP.

I really do not recommend either the cranberry juice or the lime water for TTC a girl. They have too many nutrients, and cranberry juice is too diluted to really do the same thing that cranberry supplements do anyway. Lemon/lime water is something that blue swayers drink to increase their CM.
