I found this board and have been lurking for a few weeks. This is my first post. Hi all! Not sure if I'm posting this in the right place.
For those swaying and TTC a certain gender would you be TTC if you already had your son/daughter? I always wanted 3 kids and thought I would have at least one of each. Now that I have 3 boys I really want a 4th. I would be very happy with another son but I really want a daughter. I'm just not sure I would truly want a 4th if #3 had been a boy.
Oops I meant not sure I would want a 4th if #3 had been a girl.
I think if I would have had one boy and one girl I would still want a third! I have two boys and will be trying for a girl. If its another boy I will always have extreme GD but I just don't feel we could afford 4 :-/ but I would never say never!
I love being pregnant and love babies so we would still have had six I think (although DH only wanted 3) but if there was 100% chance number 7 was going to be another boy, we probably wouldn't be trying. We will love this baby just as much if it is a another little man but ttc for number 7 was our attempt for a girl.

I always wanted 5 kids and was just lucky enough to get a girl on the last go.
I'm still secretly hoping we have twins though, so we will have 8. I like even numbers. 😉

I thought I was done with two and was happy with two boys because we plan on fostering to adopt in several years, but I thought we accidentally got pregnant in November and it made me realize I really wanted another one. So we've been swaying and next week should be our first attempt.
