Who would like to critique my sway plan?
I am CD 11 and planning to O around CD 14 if all goes to plan again. We plan to DTD CD 13, that evening so FX for + opks that day! DH has abstained, he last released on the evening of CD9 - so 4 days. We plan to go once like we did last time. I am just too wary of going any sooner.. for now anyway!
These are our supps/drinks etc.
ME:
1 tablespoon of gelatine mixed with a glass of pineapple/oj . I have this 3 times a day spaced out during the day.
AF - O started urals. I started with just once satchet a day. The week before O I upped it to 1 satchet 3 x a day and now that I am 2 days away from O I am having 2 satchets 3 x a day as per the instructions.
I have been having 1/4 teaspoon of l'arginine only every second day - every 3 days instead of every day like last cycle.
Brewers yeast & wheatgrass tablets.
Vit E 400iui a day.
Zinc 22mg a day.
Fish oil 3 x 1000mg a day.
Folic acid 5,000mcg a day - comes in one tablet.
Not having flax seed anymore - my jar ran out.
EPO - 1000mg a day.
Lemon water in between and will have vicks chesty cough syrup the day we attempt.
BSF will start tomorrow 2 x a day.
Day of attempt will do it 3 x a day with the last dose an hour before we BD.
This week leading to Ov. I have been having one big O a day something I NEVER do lol.
Will O before attempt and maybe try again right after we DTD while I lay with hips propped for a good hour or two.
Have been wearing my gold and burning incense.
My meals look like this.
Brekkie: museli with oat milk and chop banana
snack: apricot and sultanas
Lunch: ham, tomato whole grain bread and salt. OR steak, tomato, egg and wholegrain bread and salt with tomato sauce.
Snack: dark choc with raisin, plain potato salty crisps/chips or peanuts.
Dinner: something with meat and potato, salt and tomato sauce. Every 2nd day vegetables such as carrot, peas, broccolli, cauliflower.
Desert: dark choc with raisin 2-3 times a week.
Before bed a bowel of cereal as per brekkie time.
I have had a few lollies here and there and a few choc biscuits since last cycle - it won't hurt I tell myself lol.
Have been doing a few weights 2 times a week but really,. not much lol oh well!
My biorhythms and moon are in full girl zone too! haha!
