I know this is a strange question lol but with my sons ultrasound pics the sac was a perfect oval and this one kind of looks like a triangle/teardrop to me? Ive heard that shape (if abnormal) can be an issue- is this anything to be concerned about?

I'm not an expert, but I don't think you need to be concerned. How far along are you?

This was taken at around 6 weeks. Dr didnt mention anything about the shape being problematic i just happened to look at my sons and noticed a distinct difference

It can depend on the plane it was taken in as to how it appears I believe ie transverse plan etc. The dr would have brought it up if it was anything to worry about. My guess is baby was in an awkward position so they used the sagittal plane to see it from above as it were xx
I agree that the doctor would have brought it up if it was something to worry about. I would rest assured it's all okay!
