My cm is 4.5 after using rephresh and orgasm is 5.0 I did one insert yesterday morning and another late last night attempt is 4-6 days away I plan on drinking a lot of oet Peppermint tea and my question is I dc my ph goes back up do I use rephresh day of or night before? I am hoping this helps :pregnant:

I don't like people to use RepH any sooner than 8 hours before attempt, if you use it too close we have had very few conceptions.
