blood sugar matters for you, not DH. But diabetes is detrimental for health and that may be harmful for sperm quality.
My friend husband is a diabetic. His sugars are usually high to the point of having to be hospitalized. they had 2 boys then a girl.
Let me add she got her girl by decreasing how much food she ate, keeping sugar levels lower compared to when she conceived her boys when she ate a lot.Quote:
