Another mums sway

I ran into a mum of one of the kids friends the other day that I know swayed for her daughter (and was successful) so I was telling her that we are TTC for a girl and she said she'd give me a call..

So she called this arvo and this is what she did (atomic hope it's ok to post):

She took calcium and magnesium supps.
Her diet was low cal & low fat but she ate acidifying foods and calcium foods and drank cranberry juice. The only meat she ate was some chicken.
She did FR with one attempt just before a pos opk. and thinks she was standing up for attempt.
She was swaying for 9months before she got her BFP!
She was monitoring ph and said she used something (like Rephresh/acijel) but couldn't remember what.
And she did no exercise.
Her DH made no changes but he races cars and has a physical/outdoor job.

And she has a beautiful 3yr old daughter after 3 boys. 😊

It was weird talking about what she did to get her daughter as her daughters name is Mikayla and that was our girl name too. 💜

Congratulations to her! I'm scared of including calcium, magnesium,and cranberry when I sway because they swayed boy for me in the past.

I had to take a high dose of cal/magn for nearly one year before TTC because of an heart arrhytmia disease and something else. And I got a beautiful little boy :D Anyway this supp is just one of many things she did. Maybe she got a girl because she had fewer calories and nutricients in total and her fertility had maybe dropped, too. We just can't know :)

BTW sounds a lot like IG IMO. Which I think can sway pink too because of low nutricients. I think some IG items you also find in LE just that LE starts from a different (and IMO much more plausible hypothesis).
