I hate to be a Naggy Nelly but in my signature below there is a link to the Complete Index which has essays on all these things in alphabetical order and while I know it's easier to just post a question, every question takes me time to answer. I go to a lot of effort to reply to every single question so we don't end up with a site full of q's with no answers, but it would really help if you guys could meet me halfway and at least try looking things up first.
