Day 5 testing accuracy

Hi there. Quick question.

With day 5 testing, do you still only take one cell from the embryo for testing with 24-PGS?

What are the odds the cell is mosaic and dies not represent the entity as a whole? Especially if the embryo is a hatching blast on day 5 and appears to be good quality.
