Low Progesterone

I took vitex the month before our attempt month. I felt amazing when I took. I felt like I had energy and was a lot less moody. We just found out that our baby didn't stick due to low progesterone. My doctor has me on clomid because of my long cycles. I didn't know I actually needed clomid until I went in to get it for sway purposes. I looked up ways to booth progesterone and vitex is on the list to raise it. I know Atomic has said this before that you may not take vitex and clomid together because it acts as a birth control. Has anyone else had low progesterone and how did you go about raising your progesterone level?

Your do tor should prescribe your progesterone!! You get injectable or suppositories. Don't rely on vitex after a loss!

Clomid is 10 million times better than vitex for raising progesterone. please do not take vitex. if you need prog support then get a doctor's prescription.
