I am trying to get all my things put together for our sway. I have read some woman have taken fiber, How much, When what brand would be recommended? Also the Olive leaf for DH, How much, When and what brand?
We will be trying in August and I have started Folic Acid, and Aspirin. I have also started skipping breakfast. I hqve an Ellipital but I know I will not be able to get on it for an hour 6-7 days a week, should I just not exercise?
