OLE and heart murmur

Is it safe for a man with a heart murmur to take OLE?
I planned to include it in my sway, with DH age (45) we are limited with options (no abstain, no licorice) but I've just seen about it being used for cardiovascular purposes and I'm not very well researched in the area of heart issues, I tried to look online but couldn't find anything so does anyone know?

as far as I know, but bear in mind that many of these things are not well studied.

Thank you I can't find anything saying to avoid it. Everything mentions blood pressure problems but no actual heart conditions
