Help!!!

Ok, so i have been doing opk for about a week now as ovulation has been really late. I have had no positives. This morning my temo shifted from 97.08 to 97.34. Have I ovulated? In all my other cycles I and pos opk so why wouldn't I on this cycle? Also in my other cycles my temp shifted to a higher temp than this time?
Can I be sure I have ovulated? If not, should I dtd again tonight? Help please!!!
I would check cervix but I don't really understand how and I have had quite a but of ewcm today, more than any day in my cycle so far.

Ugh swish, I wish I knew. I know nothing at all about temps as I've never done them. Do you even have a fade in on your OPK or is it completely blank? What time of day are you testing and what brand are you using? The EWCM is promising!

Were you testing only once a day? I think it might be possible to miss your surge if it happens between tests, but I'm not sure on that. I was testing 3 times a day near suspected O. I also ended up paying the $$ to get the digital tests because the smiley face left no room for doubt. I'm sure there are great websites that can help you figure out how to check your cervix. For me the change is very obvious - pre-O it gets softer and softer, and right around O it's so open I could almost stick my finger in there (though I obviously don't). As soon as O happens, it becomes hard and long feeling, as it's positioned lower in my V. Also make sure you're not mistaking semen for EWCM as they are veeeerrry similar.

Tricky....From what I've found online, you need minimum 0.4-0.6 F temp rise as a sign of ovulation. Which is the case, but all sites say your pattern is more important then actual temperatures.

What OPKs are u using? OPK strips can often give false - ( which happened to me :sigh:)

Are you aiming for O+12?

I agree with Z-B - I found that when I used the same urine to test with a digital and a cheapie strip, the strip said negative, but the digital gave me a smiley face!

if you only test once a day and have a short surge it's possible to miss the surge completely - I had this during one cycle... you could have ovulated or it could be a rogue temperature, I guess you'll find out in the next 2 days?

In my weird cycle last month I had a rise of temp on CD 18, then it stayed stabile on CD 19 and then another rise on Cd 20 and that´s when I ovulated according to FF. I will post my cycle after dinner so you can see.

Thank you, ladies, urg!!! I'm so confused. I tested 3 times a day and was really vigilant about not drinking too much. I did use cheap, Internet strips but I have done for the last 5 cycles and it has always detected ovulation before. I wish I had bought smiley face ones now!!! Do you guys think I should dtd again tonight, we have done it for about the last 8 days in a row. The ewcm could definitely be semen - tmi!!!

had you used the cheapies before?
with the cheapie ones I NEVER had a test line equal to or darker than the control line, but around OV it would go drastically darker than it had been the rest of the month

to test if the stuff is semen or not (apologies, this is gross) - take a sample and drop it in a pot of water. If it disolves or floats it's semen, if it blobs together and sinks it's EWCM! wonder how someone figured that trick out in the first place!

As you've used the same tests reliably in the past, I'd be inclined to think you haven't ovulated yet but that perhaps it's on its way - last month I had O pains and EWCM and was so surprised to get a negative OPK (makes me wonder whether my boys were indeed O babies or all cut offs!) - I got a positive the next day. Personally I think I'd DTD again tonight - did you manage to get hold of any Rephresh?
