What is the best time of day to take an OPK? I bought Clear Blue Advanced and it says to use FMU. I was told it was best to test mid day and early evening. Which is right?

I had clear blue digital opk and used fmu. I'd get internet cheapies and do those afternoon and early evening to get a full picture x

I agree...get Internet cheapie as well. If the ones you have say fmu...use it but get the cheapie and get a testing in at mid-day.

You're supposed FMU for the Clearblue Advanced. Use mid-day urine for the ICs and other "two-line" OPKs.

Use the directions that come with your OPK because the company calibrates them sdifferently.

Just a warning, we have had some negative experiences with the Clearblues and I generally have people use Wondfo's or some other cheap brand.
