New to girl swaying!
I am new to this swaying. I have 2 wonderful boys and I am just starting my last attempt to get my little girl! I have been dieting for the last 2 months and have lost about 15 lbs., i work out at least 5 days a week. I am planing on bd'ing every 4 days since I don't test for ovulation. I take folic acid every day. Is there anything else I should be doing to up my chances for a girl??? Any advice would be great! Thanks!

Maybe alcohol? That seems to be getting good results. Olive leaf for DH?. Sounds like a great sway anyway. Good luck!

You could also add a lube and or antihistamines:)

Thank you! I take Zyrtec everyday for allergies, but I was doing that when I conceived both boys too. 😕 DH has started taking Zyrtec too now. I will add lube too! Anything helps!! 😊

Here's my sway, maybe it will help you:
1. Diet:skip breakfast, no snacking, just 2 meals a day 1500-1800 calories. 40 G protien, 35 g fat. Vegetarian except for a little chicken once a week. Lots of processed foods, diet coke, crystal light, yoplait light, fat free fruity candies.
2. Exercise: 60+ minutes cardio 6-7 days a week for 8 weeks up to attempt, no weights.
3. Almost daily alcohol: wine or beer or spirits/mixed drinks
4. Supplements: fiber to aid weight loss, baby aspirin to aid implantation and lower ph, Zyrtec to dry up cm, and folic acid. licorice root for DH cd1-14 of attempt month
5. The attempt: bd every 4 days, trying to use second batch (in under 6 hours) alcohol, hot bath or shower, Zyrtec for both, sylk or aci jel for lube.

Thank You! I have gone through a lot of that index. It is just sooo much information it makes my head spin! :) Then I read on other threads of things changing and not getting good results it's really hard to keep track. I appreciate all the advice and all the hard work Atomic puts into this page.
I am going to add Sylk to my sway and would a beer every night help too? Or do I need to drink other alcohols or more of it. I am not a big drinker when I am home, I am more of a social drinker... although my DH loves his coors light every night! He is also on a big health kick and has been dieting for the last few months and has lost about 30lbs he has gotten really skinny! Does that sway at all??? Thanks again for the help and all the information this site has! Oh 1 more thing, I do do some weight training along with my cardio when I go to the gym, is that going to hurt my girl sway?

I have read Atomic say that anything that builds muscle can cause your testosterone levels to rise (swayimg blue) With swaying pink your trying to decrease muscle by doing cardio only (causing the Body to loose muscle mass and think its having a hard time) I'd drop the weights and do 60mins of cardio. Your sway sounds fab though! Good luck :)

It is a lot of information its taken me 2 months to concoct our sway so it works for us, I put my sway into sections and researched each bit. ie Peppermint tea I searched it to see if it was right for me. I've found that reading the other girls sway's, successful and otherwise has helped me to plan mine as well.
I don't see sylk mentioned a great deal on these forums, I saw it more on IG so I'm playing it safe and going with the majority with rePhresh which keeps your ph down for 3 days (it says on the box! :giggle:)
For drink im going for red Wine, apparently it lowers testosterone so thats good enough for me lol. I think some girls have drank beer in their sway though.
Weight training is more likely to sway boy, increasing muscle mass increases testosterone. Ideally its 6-7 days a week 60+ mins cardio. After 45 minutes your body starts to burn muscle (something like tht). Not overly sure with DH, beer will help I know that much I can only think the weight loss may as well.

I have started drinking white wine...was told red wine has too many nutrients. I've also been doing my 60 minute cardio 6 days a week and I've already been taking Benadryl because I have horrible allergies. I'm still gathering all of the info and hopefully can purchase a personalized plan soon. I have been skipping breakfast which is hard for me because with my boys I was a huge breakfast person. I'm more focused on diet and exercise since I'm not planning on ttc until December.
