Odd looking nub?

Ok so I've already posted this pic along with my other nub shots and everyone has guessed girl, however I was just wondering if anyone could tell me why it looks like there's another faint nub under the bright white nub? It looks like the bright white nub is being mirrored. Has anyone seen a nub like this? I have to zoom in to see it really wellAttachment 19370

I'm sure a couple of years ago I asked which bright area was the nub and was told that the bottom bright area is the bowel. Might be wrong though.
