Secret Swaying-Not easy!

My diet would be fine if my nice friends didnt keep buying me treats. Yesterday it was a hot chocolate and scone with jam which i calculated to around 834cal with all the marshmallows and cream! and today a wispa gold was shoved under my nose! I know they are being nice but argh! No one knows we are swaying or even ttc. Iv counted them as my first meal even though i had them at around 10am and had a rice cake at 1pm to keep me going til my last meal, I dont want to snack but 10am til 7pm is a while when im running round after 3 boys. I'm trying not to let it bother me but our first attempt is next month so i want to get strict. I do have clomid on my side and have pregnitude to take. I have to take 5mg of folic acid because of my epilepsy tablets, is that going to work against me? I need to stop being confused or it isnt going to work :worry:

Just say Thank you but I am trying to eat healthy to set an example for the kids. I used to tell people that I go crazy if I have 1 sweet because then I have to keep eating it all day. So I decided to just do without.

I feel you! That is how it is when we have family get-togethers which is often. My dad likes to shove burgers down DH's throat which he is trying to avoid right now, but he can't say no. Luckily I've been veg for a year (unrelated to swaying but glad to hear it is part of the diet) and they don't try that on me. But they always have high sodium dips, chips, and guac which are my enemy!

I'm sure they are out to get me fat lol. I cant even say im dieting because im already thin and because i have a prominent collar bone i get comments about how i look anorexic!! I'm 9st 9lbs and 5ft 7, im not exactly light lol

Do you NEED the Pregnitude? As in, you have PCOS or a lot of weight to lose? I would not just take it for no reason unless you need it.

You need to take the amount of folic you need to take for your health and baby's health, regardless of whether it sways pink, blue, or plaid.

I've got pcos, first time iv been prescribed anything though, didnt want metformin with the amount of stuff i already take and heard myo inositol was a natural version in effect.

Yes in that case it's great and I def. recommend. I have seen a few people decide it's the next big thing and start it when they don't need it. :)
