I posted this in ttc after a loss but only got one reply (Thanks dloui!)
I think I read that this is not good for a boy sway but I can't remember where I saw it. I used to put a scoop in my porridge as it tasted great and obviously gave me protein at breakfast.
Anyone know for sure?

I think real foods are better as a general rule, but now and then as long as not being used as a replacement for meals or other foods, rice and whey ones are ok.
I would avoid soy ones because I think soy may sway pink
