I bought my supplements today for our boy sway. We will TTC in October. I want to start now, so far I have: the Women's one a day multivitamin, folic acid, Vitamin D, fish oil and Wheat grass tablets. I know I'm probably missing some but are these good to start now? Should I start something else? I wanted to start the diet slowly then full force 8 weeks before our try. Thanks in advance and I appreciate it.
