Exercise
I haven't worked out in almost a week because I messed up my back and with that my diet for the past week has gone down the drain. I'm hoping to get back to everything next week (plus I will be purchasing my customized plan). Since I am not ttc until December, this won't mess me up too bad will it? I've still been on the le diet but have had an increase in milk (not as much as I usually have).

Of course it won't matter :). You aren't trying till December! Probably too long on the diet. Do you have heaps of weight to loose?

Nope...and I was concerned once I did lose it how to maintain without losing more.

Have a break till you get your plan. Atomic will tell you when to start the diet. Otherwise there might be nothing left of you by December!

I agree - both that your boys are super cute :) and that you should definitely wait for your custom plan. 6 months is a really long time to be on the diet as it is but without even attempting - by the time December comes around you will be sick and tired of the diet and may have lost too much weight. Atomic may recommend some small changes you can make now so its not too full on but you are still moving in the right direction. But I would totally wait for her advice as you have plenty of time - good luck.

Thank you stephk! Yes I am going to wait for the customized plan. I'm making small changes now because I was on a super boy diet when I got pregnant with my third....even with the little changes I already find it hard with having all boys in the house...all they want is meat (my husband is the worst)

I make meals for both of us that are either vegetarian, or I will make a meal with meat but skip the meat myself. I prefer veggie but DH prefers meat (he is South African). You will get there :)
