Aspartame question!
I have been tracking AF for the last 5-6 months an every month (up until this month that is!) my cycle is spot on 29 days. This month it was 32 days. I have started drinking a lot of diet cola and switched sugar for sweetener in my morning cuppa (normally I'm a full fat cola kinda girl!). Was wondering whether the increase in aspartame was to blame? Has anyone else experienced this whilst trying to sway for a girl? I have also recently started to properly skip breakfast in the lead up to my sway. Haven't actually started swaying as yet although hoping to next month. I am now worried that my cycles may have gone all erractic?! : / Advice welcomed!

LE (wth diet drinks) made my cycle 5 days shorter. So yes I think it can definitely mess with it.

For me my cycle length is the same and O day also but AF is 2 days shorter with diet drinks.
It is best to keep track as you start anything new because you never know what will change your cycle, hormones, or ph.

I don't think the artificial sweetener in and of itself delays o, but a sudden reduction in cals can.
32 days is still in normal range and I would not worry about it one bit. That may very well be part and parcel of how the diet works to sway pink.
