Abstaining?x

could anyone be of help to were I can find when's best to dtd after abstaining either days before ov day before day of or day after etc obviously I'll only really have one attempt at it and hope to get it right first time thank you in advance x

I think it is one time at +opk with any frequency:)

Or you can just BD every 4 days. This gives you one attempt without having to obsess over opk's.

Thanks hunni. I've got a lot of opks taking them at 10am 2pm and 8pm since cd11 usually have 28 day cycles but since diet last month it went to 33days last month so guessing same again. Hopefully get a positive tomoro or fri x

Any time in the fertile window is a fine time to have your attempt. I believe it's easiest with best odds of conception to go for one attempt at pos OPK, but you don't have to do it that way - if you have regular cycles, any time from 0-3 thru O day are all ok times for an attempt.
