What to do a + OPK???
Okay, so I have this whole plan.... but then I realized I have a bit of a timing dilemma.
What do I do at + OPK? Since I want to do RepHresh at ~12 hours before the attempt, and take a Zyrtec at about 6 hours before the attempt, I was wondering if I should do the RepHresh as soon as +OPK, or if I should try to guess when + OPK will be and do it in advance of that and hope I am right??
What are you ladies doing with the timing of all the "prep" work in advance of the attempt?

if you're planning to dtd on your ovulation day then you could rephresh on the +opk or possibly day after if you know how long after the positive you ovulate. If you plan to cutoff you'd have to figure out when you were going to ovulate and work bk frm there to find out when to take it.

I'm trying to make the attempt at as close to ovulation as possible. I'm not doing a shettles cut-off since I understand that it has been debunked as inaccurate.
I was just curious what other women were doing with the timing of repHresh and antihistimines in relations to the +OPK and making their attempt since can't really know exactly when you are going to O too far in advance.

I answered this in another forum but I did want to clarify, no one needs to try to get an attempt very close to ovulation for pink OR blue. Best odds of conception with one attempt are NOT close to ovulation, but 1-2 days beforehand.

Thanks for clarifying, atomic!!
