Is there a noticeable difference in "natural" and IvF pregnancies? I know that the conception process is VERY different, but what about the pregnancy? If you do IvF is it just the same? What about the kids born? Can ivf have an affect on them?

IVF babies are statistically smaller and come earlier than natural pregnancies. FETs though yield bigger babies and full tee deliveries.
My FET son was induced 3 days late and was 9 pounds. He's huge, bright and healthy.
nuthin, do you think this is to some extent a quirk of statistics though, because there are (or were, since they are correcting for this now) so often multiple births via IVF?? Multiples also are smaller and come earlier than singletons so a process that had a higher % of multiples could appear statistically to yield smaller, earlier babies but really it would be the higher number of multiple pregnancies that was doing it.
Absolutely.
