Milly, you purchased the bundle. I will PM you instructions. There is info at the time of purchase that tells you how to access the questionnaires and there is also a pop-up box that tells you after you make the purchase. If you missed both of these, there is a new forum that appeared(visible to you now) in the Personalized Swaying Section that begins with Access to....that link takes you to the questionnaires. I will PM you with it now.
