On another forum a lady said it looked like a boy nub but I see a horizontal line. As for skull theory my son had a very girl looking skull (very rounded) and this one is totally different!!

That looks very very boyish to me.
It is angled straight up at almost 90 degrees, so I'd plan for blue.
