So you need your baby's CRL (crown Rump Length) and NT numbers, from u/s scans around 12 weeks. You put the numbers in here Crown Rump Length and Nuchal Translucency Calculator and get NT value in percentiles.
Below 50 percentiles should be :XX:
Above 50 percentiles should be :xy:
my daughter was my second largest baby so I'm not too sure this works.

I did this and got 37, so I hope it's right
