Comments regarding DW's diet changes- On HE diet since January 1st. Trying to eat as clean as possible, all good whole fat foods full of nutrients. Eating 3 meals per day with balanced Protein and Carbs.
Snacking - 3-4 per day with nuts, crackers and cheese, corn chips and cream cheese, banana bread made with protein powder with Chocolate Coconut butter spread on.
Cut out all white breads, etc Coconut oil for all cooking.
Cut out everything low fat, diet, low calorie...only eating whole foods.
Cut out diet drinks completely 2 years ago

Made smoothies for breakfast week leading up to O with Avo, Coconut water, Blueberries, Banana, Chai seeds and protein powder.

Things that make me feel great about my sway: My lifestyle is so different from when I conceived my girls. I work in a high stress job now and have become very OCD about everything and planned the whole sway obsessively. Back when I had the girls I was so laid back.
