Ovulation on CD 9 !?
Hi! I normally constantly ovulate on CD 11 (with vitex AF - AF). Last month I ovulated on CD 12 (with vitex and saw palmetto).
But today is CD 9 and I felt sharp ovluation pain in the morning (10 am). So I did a OPK and it was positive (10.30 am)! However in the evening (5 pm) I did another one and it was just faint positive!?
... Unfortunately I gave up monitoring my temperatures.
Should we do the attempt this evening? However I am not sure about the chances of getting pregnant because of very early ovulation. Maybe the egg is not mature enough?

If its a positive OPK then do an attempt. Doesn't matter that it's not positive now, I say just go for it!
O pain means nothing, don't rely on it. The OPKs tell you that you are about to O, it still may take 48 hours before you actually ovulate, and that would be cd11 which is normal for you.

I also often get a positive with morning urine and a negative with evening urine for several days before I ovulate.

Have your attempt!!! I o'd super early the month I got my BFP - got my pos OPK on CD 10. I was in shock that I'd o that early and thought for sure my OPK was wrong.
Apparently not! And so far (fingers, eyes and toes crossed) baby blob is in good shape.

Thank you girls!! We did it! And I am considering to repeate it in 4 days.
But still concerned about an imature egg ...

That's not too early. Fx you caught the egg, though trying again in 4 days sounds why.

Yesterday night I definitely had my ovulation. I did not do any OPKs anymore but I think the extreme crampings indicated ovulations happende / will happen ....
So it was as usual on CD11.
Theoretically our attempt on CD 9 can be successful! :fx:

Sorry, I am really too late to give helpful advice but for future reference:
O pain doesn't necessarily indicate ovulation is actually taking place right that minute and you can get a pos OPK up to 2 days ahead of O. So my guess would be that was just the surge and you'd probably have ended up ovulating on CD 11 again.
It also may have been a false surge and you would go onto have a real surge in a few days' time. bEst solution in that situation is to have attempt and then start up the every 4 day method.
CD 10 range is enough time to produce a mature egg and I did get my daughter with an early ovulation that month (not quite that early but I am always spot on regular and I Oed on CD 12 with her that month).
