Atomic what mg or mcg r considered mega doses of vitamin b6 n all bes??

Hi can u tell me plz what amount of vitamin b u consider megadose n it may disturb menstural cycle??

they all have different doses but anything more than 100% of the daily recommended value (which is already in your prenatal that everyone should be taking.)

One thing more as far as i know vitamin b arw water soluble n the excess amount of vitamin b excreted through pee i v don need that so howcome they mess up cycles ????sorry if m sounding silly to u ;)
