What med can help to thicken the lining?

I'm doing a medicated FET.

I'm using estrogens 2mg 3 times a day.

My lining on day 13 is only 5.2.

Please can you tell me what I can do to help to make the lining more thick?

I used Estrace it was a cream used vaginally. My lining went up in 2 days. HTH. xx
