What we eat in cold season - TTC PINK - Sep/Oct/Nov/Dec
So Ladies, I've decided to open this thread after participating at another for spring season. My plans have changed (had to move my sway for November) so practically here I am again, re-starting my diet and prepparing my sway. I think it's a good idea to share what we eat so we can "steal" some ideas from another for "tomorrow" plan.
I'll start with my day of LE DIET. I am trying to keep 1200-1500 kcal and skip breakfast.
I'm using MyfitnessPal to count my calories and fats.
