Yogurt is good on the HE diet

I've read that Atomic says no food is forbidden, as far as yogurt is concerned I think it would be good especially since it has probiotics.
Just watch out if they have added sweeteners.

Full fat yogurt!!

I would try for normally sweetened, full fat if you can get it. IF it has skim milk or artificial sweeteners, it's not as good and I"d avoid those.
