Vitamin c
I noticed today when maintaining my totals for LE diet that vitamin c was wayyyy over like said should be 100% and mine was 505%!! Not sure where it all came from as my protein, fat and sodium were all under! Is this something I should be keeping eye on or does it not matter? Thanks in advance!

Don't track or count other nutrients aside from pro, fat, cals, and sodium if you want to track it. It will drive ya crazy and as long as you have dropped or reduced dose of multi/prenatal vitamins and cut out any highly fortified foods like breakfast cereals, you are eating lower nutrients by default and you do not need to worry about how much Vit. C is in there. :)

I very much agree with atomic, and also, I personally think vitamin C is neutral for swaying purposes no matter how much you consume.
