I'm eating that on my LE diet lol. But I don't eat it every day.
A more boy friendly diet would be 2 (or even 3!) whole eggs, and add some bacon to those eggs! And be sure to cook it all in butter or coconut oil.
Yikes! Hope I haven't hurt my boy sway. I can do whole eggs and bacon. What kind of oatmeal is everyone eating? Regular? Can I do instant or does that defeat the purpose? While I'm at it here, CLIFF bars? Girl or boy sway?
There are no pink or blue foods. Most foods fit into either diet, it's the overall content of your diet as a whole that sways and not one particular type of food.
That having been said, I like blue swayers to eat whole eggs as much as possible and since that breakfast is almost entirely protein I would add some carbs.
:agree: about cooking in butter or coconut oil
Instant oatmeal is fine - I do prefer whole eggs to just a bowl of oatmeal, though. :)
Re Clif bars, I prefer Larabars or Mariani bars with the nuts and seeds in them. The protein in Clif bars comes from mostly soy. Still, as a once in a while thing, Clif bars are vastly superior to some of the products out there (they have less of the soy protein stuff in it than the super high protein bars)
Thank you atomic!
Kind bars are good too . Made almost entrirely of nuts dried fruit and honey they're great for a boy sway and oh so tasty !
