Just wondering which opk and ph kits are the best to use? I have used in the past and am starting to use now the cheapy opks from eBay, donthu think these are any good an accurate? and what sort of ph testing is most accurate? I'm in the uk if anyone can help, thanks x
I used internet cheapies and never had a problem with them :)
Wondfo brand OPKs from amazon!
Skip the ph testing - won't help your sway and will just stress you out! Ditto what maiden said on OPK, wondfo are great.
what did I think when I read "skip ph strips, don't stress" , LOL : don't skip them, as stressing during conception sways GIRL :giggle:
Yep, pH isn't worth worrying about and if you are on the LE diet, that should help optimize your vaginal CM anyway.
