What are the differences in the IG girl sway vs GD girl sway???

Hi all. I have been trying to follow some of the successful girl sways and they are all over. Can someone explain it to me or which one they believe is best. We are wanting to start TTC in Oct for a baby girl. Currently have 3 boys. I know when I got PG with them I was eating take out and loads of soda and french fries. I also have the big "O" every time which on IG sways boy. Thanks in advance for any help :awe:
